theHeart Staff thoughtfully establishes ministry initiatives that help us pursue a mission of reconciliation. With a strong emphasis on our distinct values, they work to create safe spaces that lead to the real and meaningful expression of love for God and people.

Partnering closely with theHeart Staff, this committed group of volunteer leaders helps to oversee, guide, and support the spiritual health and operational vitality of our church family.
The Teaching Team
TheHeart employs a collaborative approach to our Sunday morning gathering. The entire teaching team works together to develop and refine the teaching content, which is then presented by the core teaching team.
