relational. care.

We seek to express the love of Christ to both our church family and the broader High Country through compassionate and practical support in times of need. It is our privilege to come alongside people in the ups and downs of life and to discern together how God is at work.

What is

relational care?

  • Care Community Database

We have created a resource database that covers everything from one-to-one counseling to foster and adoption services in the area. We are blessed to be part of a community in Boone that is resource rich in these areas and our goal is to help people of theHeart connect to these resources when appropriate.

  • Visitation and Sick Care

For those who are in the hospital or experiencing longer-term health concerns, we want to be present with you, help with practical needs, and seek the Lord together.

  • Benevolence Support

As people in our church family come up against financial challenges, our hope is to help with financial support as well as to provide referrals for additional resources in the community. This is also a way for us to minister to the broader Boone community as resources allow.

  • Crisis and Trauma Care Resources

The Relational Care teams help to build awareness of various resources and personnel within our church and greater community that are available to anyone struggling through particular times of stress, crisis, and trauma.
